Conference Information
Thank you for participating in the first DiVar conference! We are very excited to have this tremendous group of scholars come together to talk about language diversity and variation and to share ideas about the profession and mentoring.
The DiVar conference will be held Friday, February 10 and Saturday, February 11, 2017 at the Emory Conference Center (ECC) in Atlanta, GA. All presenters must register for the conference.
Please register before January 19, 2017 to get the early registration fee (see fees list below).
Registration Fees:

Conference registration gives you access to the following:
• An awesome array of papers, posters, and panels
• Buffet lunch on Friday and Saturday, served at the ECC restaurant
• Snacks and caffeinated drinks throughout the day
• Saturday night bowling party
• Daily parking (although overnight parking will incur additional charges)
• A cool bag and a pen!

Hotel Accommodations:
We recommend that you stay at the Emory Conference Center. We have a special rate of $149 per night, plus taxes. To get the discounted rate, you must book a room before Thursday, January 19th.
